We support all aspects of a CLO life cycle, from structuring and execution of CLO warehouse and CLOs, to regulatory, tax and ERISA advice in the key CLO and fund financing jurisdictions, to setting up originator platforms. We also have broad capabilities and breadth of expertise with respect to asset-back lending/fund financing, infrastructure funds, collateralised fund obligations and rated feeder transactions, and regularly advise insurance clients on investments in these products. We are active in establishing new CLOs, as well as structures designed to comply with risk retention requirements for CLOs and provide risk retention financing. We are also active in the CRE CLO market.

We also play an active role in shaping the securitisation landscape in both the UK and EU.
