Taggart Davis is the head of Government Affairs for the EMEA region for PGIM, based in Brussels. Taggart helps the firm navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape in Europe and seek policies to enable PGIM to better serve its investors.

Before joining PGIM in 2023, Taggart served as Managing Director and Head of EU Government Affairs at Managed Funds Association (MFA), a global trade body representing the alternative asset management sector. Previously, Taggart led J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.’s Brussels Government Relations office and also served as a Parliamentary Assistant in the European Parliament. Taggart served on the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU).

Taggart completed his bachelor's degree at the University of Montana before moving to Europe. He completed his master's degree at University of Essex in the UK.
