BADGES & SECURITY
Badge collection will be available from 8:00 am on 17th March on the 2nd floor at Convene 133.
On arrival, please give your name to a member of staff at the Euro CLOs desk, to access the lifts.
The conference will take place on the 2nd floor, where you can collect your pass from the kiosks just outside the lifts.
DIETARY & ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
If you have any special dietary and/or access requirements, please inform us at at customerservices@fie.ft.com. We will forward your requirements to the venue, however please note that we cannot confirm that they will be accommodated so close to the event.
A vegetarian option will be provided.
EVENT APP
We will be using Swapcard for The Forum which allows you to message attendees and arrange onsite meetings in advance of the event opening so you can plan your schedule. You can log in to the event on the app via this link.

Please ensure that you contact the appropriate visa authorities in plenty of time to check requirements. If you do require a visa invitation letter, we are happy to provide this.
